Q2. Will I receive intimation when payment will be done?
A2. Yes, you will receive a success message with a transaction reference ID in the sms. You will also receive SMS and Email intimation, if you gave your phone number and e-mail address.
Q3. After online payment, will the school know that I have paid?
A3. Yes, the school can see it in their system or you can show them the SMS and/or email which was sent to you.
Q4. I paid for the months 'July and August' on 12th July and I got the Amount as Rs. 4420/- instead of Rs. 4400/- why so?
A4. This Rs. 20 extra is due to 2 days late fine for late fee payment. We ask all parents to pay by the 10th of the first month in the schedule for payment. There is a Rs.10 per day late fine for parents paying after 10th of July…
Q5. What will happen in case of a failed transaction?
A5. If transaction has failed, you need to check that the SMS has also sent you a failure and nothing is charged from your account. You need to re-do the transaction. DO NOT use the Back button during a transaction because the attempted transaction will fail. Just start again by clicking on ONLINE FEE PAYMENT on the website.
